      Pros

      I'm having a hard time thinking of any.

      Cons

      If you don't speak Spanish you will be outcast. You will be micromanaged. Coffee breaks and phone calls are frowned upon. You will be tested by management. You must work more than 8 hours a day, but your overtime hours will be scrutinized. No work/life balance. You will be expected to dedicate your entire life to this company, and asked to practice your job on the weekends.

      Pros

      Benefits are good, they have a company picnic for the employees every year which is much appreciated. Move employees up from within the company.

      Cons

      A lot of favoritism played, hard work is not appreciated in the shop, jobs are always late, and there is too much gossip.
