Since the company is a custom manufacturer, they have many interesting projects.

The company has no moral compass in most aspects. The employees are nothing but a number to the upper management. The best description I can give is underhanded and un-loyal. I see it's decline in the near future. They have gone through so many changes recently and it has left them dazed and confused. So many new people due to dismissals and others that have left on their own accord. It's a sad situation.

My Manager and co-workers were good and supportive.

Weak Management, lack of proper communication between departments. Too much politics among senior management. If anyone gets sick in the company it will spread to each and everyone. No training for new employees.
