Bullies - Analyst Genesis Analytics Employee Review

This company is built on a culture of bullying and exploitation. They hire hoardes of young brilliant graduates who want to do impactful work and then they exploit their naivety by overworking them with zero support or training and a salary that does not match the nights and weekends that these kids put in. There is a very rampant culture of micromanaging and bullying of Analysts by Associates/Snr Associates - they call it giving honest feedback but honestly none of these Associates know enough about their subject matter to be giving feedback to anyone, they are all just winging it and scamming clients
