Would love to see them get more contracts, to grow the company

Family orientated and management is very open to hearing new and innovative ideas. They are also willing to let you grow into responsibilities and other positions if you show aptitude, interest and willingness to adapt to change. I always treat others with respect no matter if they were above or below me in the scheme of things. There were some middle managers that weren't respectful of others that made it difficult to work for a while but they are gone now. I've found that most everyone there are good people with talent and drive so it makes you want to do better yourself.

The normal cons of Radio/Entertainment business. There can be a lack of communication from the different departments that is a work in process mostly due to lack of training or if trained lack of enforcing procedure. The pay could be better but they are a small company.
