      Pros

      Coming from a different jeweler, Genesis challenges me in the best way. I have furthered my education in this industry with Genesis. The Team and culture is a huge Pro here.

      Cons

      From 6-7pm can be pretty calm as far as traffic goes so being open that hour can feel like a drag.
