      Pros

      Genesis is a progressive company with strong leadership. The sales team is given a lot of freedom to create their own success and management is there to support them. The culture is good and there is a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      There is no pension or RRSP matching program however there is an employee ownership program to allow employees to buy shares in the company.
