It's a shame to read you didn't have a positive experience at Genflow. Yes we have a fast-paced environment here, we mirror the Creator economy pace which is constantly evolving. A lot of the teams have a “Do what it takes” approach, as a team, we win together, and peers celebrate one another too.
Our employee turnover on average is around 3%, and this is less than the industry average. The CEO openly says he welcomes employees to have a 1-2-1 with him to discuss anything that may come to mind.
We also have a management team and a People team who you would’ve been able to speak to if something didn’t feel right for you.
To welcome new starters, during their onboarding into the Company, we implemented the ‘Buddy Network’, a friendly familiar face to help, a sounding board and this is support to learn the Genflow way within the first three months.
All managers receive a gratitude budget, they can use this for their teams to thank them. Alongside this, our CEO creates content across several channels with a great team. Just as much as we build the brand of our Creators, it’s important to dedicate time to continue building the Genflow brand.
