Early-stage start-ups can be risky, so job security isn't fantastic.

The 25 people on this team are simply fantastic to work with! I've worked in multiple countries and various states in the US, and I've never experienced a culture like the one at Genixus. We're changing healthcare, and we're having a blast while doing so!

Personally, I really enjoy Kannapolis, NC (home of Dale Earnhardt). It might not be for everybody though. It's a burgeoning suburb of Charlotte, and right now the food options within walking distance of the office are limited to two. That will improve soon! Plus, there's always Door Dash or Grub Hub. An honest con: we're outgrowing our office space pretty quickly. I noticed today, that it was tough to organize conference calls (making sure people have their speakers and microphones muted, or are in separate rooms, etc.). We'll figure it out though. =)
