Understaffed, expected to do the job of 3 people When anything went wrong it's find a scapegoat, usually the new person If you're not in the clique forget it see above revolving door recruitment, can't keep anyone

Cons

Genmed does an excellent job of celebrating the success of its staff and partners internally. To build on this, increasing visibility through social media and professional networks would be a fantastic opportunity. A greater online presence could showcase the hard work, passion and dedication of the team to a wider audience, further enhancing Genmed’s reputation and impact.
