Pros

Being able to work independently. No micromanaging. Decent benefits.

Cons

Very small company that does not compensate employees anywhere near market value. French management that lacks any understanding of the American market or industry trends and frankly doesn't care. Vast magnitude of products is imported from China and with the lack of any sales presence they are fighting the negative image left by the previous sales management that few customers liked or trusted. Little to no room for career advancement wither.

Pros

Good manager who let his people work without micromanagement. The employees are great.

Cons

Poor French Management. They are arrogant and take no time or don't care to understand how business is done in different countries. It's ironic because the reputation of French companies going overseas is generally quite strong, not this one. They also go through senior managers like toilet paper, they expect miraculous turnarounds and don't understand the "why" of their business.
