      As such nothing good, dey are just enjoying fruits of the technology established by founders and which is getting redundant now

      Cons

      No growth and scope to learn, govt culture so best for someone who wants to work in same company till retirement. No professionalism only flattery and conspiracy. No skill level in most of old employees, suffocating to work with them.
