1. Projects are irrelevant for GIS field 2. Work load is enormous 3. Over time are not much appreciated 4. Pressure to work on regular/national holidays are next level 5. There's no work life balance. 6. Lunch/Break time is excluded from the 9 hour shift, so basically it's almost 10 hour shift.
