Pros

Free food from Reps, free snacks, yearly performance bonus, decent pay, fun coworkers, google review performance incentives

Cons

unorganized from the start, lack of training, communication from higher ups lack, consistently putting extra tasks on already expansive workload, the company is rapidly expanding so there is a lot of miscommunication between other departments, A PA will be doing some of billing, medical records, medical assisting, reception, and insurance. you get 50/50 on whether patients are really rude or nice.

Pros

Flexibility and good mission. Management really understands that life can happen and you can tell balance is very important to them and in turn it trickles to employees. Geode not only prioritizes patients but also employees. I think it is a really good place to work!

Cons

I don't love all the benefit offerings. It would be nice to have more holidays off and mental health days built in. I would like to see an improved maternity leave policy. Also, they could do better with company culture. There are creative ways to do so being hybrid/virtual. I would like to see them emphasize that.

Pros

Supportive administrative staff who were responsive and helpful. Complimentary food and snacks were provided regularly for Marketing new medications, which was a nice employee perk.

Cons

The documentation expectations were extensive and required a level of detail and formatting that I found difficult to meet despite my efforts. Clinicians considering this organization should ask detailed questions during the interview about documentation requirements, productivity expectations, and the training provided to support those standards. Training was provided by non-clinical staff. Administration are Clinicians.
