      Relaxed attitude We can see overall margins No micromanaging Customer relations Supplier relations Staff are overall great Directors are lovely Customer base is loyal

      Not enough positions to grow quickly. Salary could be better to represent the work load.

      Location. There are no others.

      Cons

      Long hours, poor pay, poor management, illegal procedures, nothing done by the book, zero value of employees, complaints not taken seriously, toxic environment.
