The company paid you well although there were some favoritism going on. Overall it is a good place to learn as a main contractor, managing subcontractors and client. Decent bonus.
Cons
Since it is a main contractor, you probably will not be experience hands on approach that much. You need to mingle with the subcontractors to learn better.
