      Very good work life balance. Manageable work load.

      Cons

      Very decentralized communications. Guidelines are often disseminated via a email but don’t ever make it into published product guides. It can be difficult to find recent changes without sorting through months of email chains. Some LOA and processor positions lack both training and accountability

      Pros

      Great co-workers. Hard working staff. Team atmosphere. Involved in charity for local family's in need. Will always close a loan to keep customer happy.

      Cons

      Close loans without being fully approved then reach out to customer for conditions. No consistency within the operations in different branches.
