Pros
it is a company that you can go up the chain really quick,with gaining alot of experience at the same time.You can serve ,cook and then go into managment at a rapid paise,managers work a full shift on the floor either serving or cooking then managment duties.you meet alot of good people through regular customers since customer service is the main component of your job no matter what position you hold in hospitality i think this is the best reasons to work there is you meet so many good people and customers is what makes the job so rewarding.
Cons
long hours hard , hot work and sometimes growchy customers but no really down sides i loved working at george webb's.
