Pros
Weekly paychecks are a definite bonus. Paid holidays. Vacation time available after one year. 401K is offered. Dental, vision and medical offered as well. Above minimum wage pay.
Cons
Top out pay is not much more than starting pay. All insurances are expensive. Seldom do you get vacation when YOU need it. Not much room for advancement and extremely high employee turnover rate. Shortened work hours in the off season (winter months).
