It is in a central location of NorthWest Arkansas and not in the middle of no where as most poultry plants
Cons
Very low pay. Training is too lengthy and not well explained on what are policies and procedures. They make you signup un voluntarily on something called bravo wellness if you elect to have health insurance with the company.
