Excellent opportunities to develop renewables knowledge and skills across multiple technologies at all levels. Strong history of investing time and support into the right individuals to develop into competent and valued members of staff.

Fast pace and volume of new projects can at times take precedence over more formal training.

Good group of staff from top to bottom. Everyone pulling in the same/right direction to deliver projects on time and to high standards, Good clientele and a wide range of installations from domestic to commercial which gives variety and means two jobs are never the same.

Perhaps organisation could be better at times.
