Pros
Very good pay, and a good stepping stone to another company. Pays for lunches. Decent Bonus. Employees are typically pretty helpful. Definitely a lot of smart people working here so it can be a stimulating environment.
Cons
Work life balance is not really attainable. The year end audit can be trying at times, and is comparable to public accounting. There seems to be miscommunication between different teams. There is no accountability from other departments.
