      Pros

      Nothing unless you're favoured by the boss. ALL 4 and 5 star ratings in Glassdoor are done by upper management using different accounts.

      Cons

      - Unrealistic timelines, making OT a must so you have no life balance. -No OT pay either - Clique culture, so good luck if you are not on the "inside" - Managers treat staff as replaceable unless you are their favourite. - Upper management has mood swings - There's frequent back stabbing and pushing blame to avoid responsibility

      - Pretentious boss who thinks everyones love him - Clique culture, good luck if you are not inside - Uninspired dull and cliche work that they think can win awards haha - Long hours masked as passion with a lots of OT - Very toxic people so be aware
