Sound team, steady work so the days fly in, straight-up management with clear expectations, pay always on time, second location has made parking much easier which is a big plus day to day, good place if you like staying busy.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. On my first day, I was completely ignored as like they weren’t expecting me to be there and left to figure things out on my own, as no one bothered to introduce themselves and was provided with very little training. The lack of organization and basic decency was appalling. To make matters worse, the office environment was abysmal. The building itself was dirty beyond belief, with facilities that were shockingly inadequate – imagine having to share one toilet between all employees, regardless of gender! It's not only unsanitary but also completely unacceptable in this day and age. While only having a dirty couch to eat lunch on it was quite shocking to see that a company is operating like this these days. Overall, Get cracking is a company that neglects basic courtesy and hygiene standards does not deserve anyone's time or respect. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy feeling undervalued and uncomfortable in your workplace
