Pros

- Ability to solve hard and complex problems and doesn't appear to be slowing down any time soon - Team dynamics are really good, high trust - Individual contributors have a lot of responsibility but have a lot of say in how things are done - Quick feedback and not stagnant at all. Weekly cycles in engineering means we learn quick and means we keep momentum high

Cons

- Finding product market fit is hard and sometimes takes some extra work or extra support to make sure customers are happy

Pros

I can't say enough about how amazing it is to work at Parallel! - My contributions matter and make a real impact - I'm given trust to do what I think is best, but also continually given guidance how how to improve - Collaboration across the team and departments is seamless (though we are pretty small at this point so that definitely helps) - I can tell I've grown since starting here, and I don't see that stopping anytime soon - No politics (this is an important one for me)

Cons

It's not a 'comfortable' environment. Meaning you're constantly pushed to become more. If you're looking for a job where you're just another cog in the machine and can get by by contributing little, Parallel isn't for you
