      Pros

      Good work from home policy been like that since March 2020. Also my team was supportive and helpful. I'm giving the stars entirely because of the remote work setting and I love my team for being the best teammates.

      Cons

      They don't pay salary on time, even until now after my last day the company still hasn't paid the rest of my salary. When asked, they just gave very general answers. Also, they stop paying BPJS TK, BPJS Health, and medical reimbursement that was previously being paid.

      It was flexible and you could work anywhere as long as there is internet.

      good team very young and high performing back when it was still operating

      the founder is a scammer he doesnt pay influencers and it affects day to day operations of the company so many unpaid influencers and projects
