Pros
I have had a great experience working for GetMyFirstJob. During my time working here I have been given a number of different opportunities to progress in my career and have been made to feel incredibly valued, even as the company has grown. The team are fantastic and it is lovely to be able to work with people who all share similar values.
Cons
It's difficult to think of a con. If I had to pick something I would say in some areas/circumstances communication could be improved. I think this is common with remote teams!
