Pros

Easy sales and efficient systems on some accounts. Other accounts seem harder and higher quota than ESS is, so I am glad to have that. Decent time off and benefits are good.

Cons

Outsourcing to international agencies, instability and a lot of layoffs. You will notice your team get smaller and less people are in the office, then you see international coworkers take there spot. Not very high pay for being in-office, even if you convert well. They seem to be training AI to replace ISR's on other teams. The office had a lot more employees when I first started than now. Toxic atmosphere and you're not able to be honest with leadership, or your call coaching will magically increase. Then they just pick someone they liked better anyways. The new office last year seems to be just a cheaper location to downsize and outsource more. Costs me more in gas now too. Have been seeking new employment, if I don't get outsourced first.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and for recognizing some of the positives, like our sales systems, certain account structures, and the benefits and time off we offer employees. That said, a few points in your review don’t align with the actual history of the company, so it’s worth clarifying for anyone reading this. If you’ve truly been here for 5–7 years, you know that layoffs have not been a regular occurrence. In fact, we had one round at the tail end of COVID, which many companies unfortunately had to navigate during that time. Outside of that period, layoffs have not been a common practice here. The same goes for the office. The new space is not a downgrade; it’s actually closer to downtown Austin (about 10 minutes southwest of downtown compared to the previous office that was 20–25 minutes away). It’s also a significantly larger space because we are planning for future growth, not downsizing. The building includes amenities our previous office never had, including a full gym, an on-site café, and a clear view of the downtown skyline. Regarding AI: the reality is that AI is becoming part of nearly every modern business. Our goal isn’t to replace people, it’s to make our teams more effective and competitive. Companies that completely ignore technological shifts tend to fall behind, and we’d rather invest in tools that help our teams succeed than pretend those shifts aren’t happening. We always encourage honest feedback and open dialogue internally, and we hope anyone who feels strongly about concerns raises them directly so we can address them constructively.

Pros

Nothing. Some friends along the way. That's it really.

Cons

Worst job ever. Super high turn over. Weird cult fraternity mentality. Can't make up the fake positivity that this company displays on these weekly calls and pointless "OH look at us, we did this to improve a d help drive up sales" which is a load of lies to create false hype that you're of value and you're doing everything to keep your job. They love hiring straight out of college kids looking for a big break. This place is a shame, the management is too. Anybody they choose to promote they manipulate to push the agenda of "awesome sauce, we're killing it because you're killing it" which is a load of lies and your barely making any money with how the frequently shift their quota. Its pathetic. Can't wait to see this company fail. I'll be there day one to celebrate it.
