Regarding interns, we truly believe in nurturing young talent and giving them the space to grow. Our interns are not hired as fillers — they work alongside full-timers, contribute to core projects, and in many cases, even lead initiatives. As of now, the majority of our team comprises full-time employees, with a small group of interns supporting key functions. We understand that operations and admin can often be challenging areas in a fast-growing start-up, but we’re proud of how far our team has come in building structure and clarity in these functions. Our ops team is well-organised and continuously refining processes to support the wider company, and managers remain closely involved to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
