      Pros

      It is pretty easy to get into this company. Great location but seems like no use.

      Cons

      Well, it is a long story working in this company. I am looking for a new position but I do not have time to take interviews because we are supposed to stay in this office every day. There is no career path and no benefits. The worst thing is management, cto is supervisor. If you can work on weekends, it should be perfect. Also they just give you some promise but never realize even one of them. Even our ceo's dad will visit office and help manage engineers. There are lots of smarts guys. Hope we can jump asap.

      Pros

      I truly like this place. They believe in your ability here. They make you feel like no problem is to big to overcome. They teach you to just relax re analyze the problem and solve it. Great location as Downtown Palo Alto is very nice. Strong heater and Air conditioner. Overall its been great and I really can't complain. This company actually tries to keep there employees for as long as possible unlike other companies who could care less if you come and go.

      Cons

      Parking is bad but that's not the companies fault.
