• Yes army- Management likes to surround themselves with people who always say yes. Their main goal is to agree to management whims and not to the betterment of the company. No one bothered question bad decisions. • Favoritism- A lot of the those with higher titles cannot even communicate in proper English and clearly do not have the qualifications or the skills. Even with poor financial performance, management are still set in their outdated ways. • Misallocation of resources- certain roles are paid low but they can purchase hundreds of samples that are redundant. • Constant lies- Supervisors will often promise salary increase. They promise if you do overtime and perform, they will give you bonus or compensation adjustment. After appraisal they will inform that there is no budget. They expected you to work on sick leave. The company did not even bother to pay for retrenchment benefits even when they proudly say that the company is a women owned business.

Willing to listen to advice and make changes

But whether is it willing to spend the cost is another story.
