Pros
It's a *MASSIVE* effort to develop a truly self-driving product, and Ghost has managed to pull off something very special. Although the market is currently under a lot of pressure and we've seen a lot of consolidation, and funding is certainly no easy ride now-a-days, the company has a solid product which is going to go far. Pros: good people, good culture, very good work-life balance (a lot of bad reviews here written out of frustration during crunch time and then, unfortunately, a RIF). As far as the product is concerned -- I was blown away the last time I rode in our car. Smooth human-like driving, reacted to cars and average conditions perfectly. We've got a great path forward just iterating and adding features to the core product now.
Cons
Not a mission for the faint of heart, there is no guarantee the company will be an overnight success there's a lot of hard work to do -- still a startup after 6 years, but this feels like a short-term con.
