      Cons

      Heavy politics, Negative and toxic environment, No job security, Can fire anyone anytime, No Overtime or no appciation for hard work, If you are a good performer then you will be the prime target.

      - The onboarding process includes a welcome meme and a virtual scavenger hunt. - Managers actually listen—unless it’s budget season, then they mysteriously vanish. - You’ll learn more acronyms than a CIA analyst.

      Cons

      - The “flexible hours” sometimes mean 9 AM to 9 PM. - The office playlist is a chaotic mix of lo-fi beats and Gregorian chants. - One meeting was just a slideshow of raccoons. No one explained why
