Interesting working industry, a bit of prestige. Very helpful coworkers. If you are looking to spend loads of overtime at work, G+D is for you.
Cons
Lack of training and no professional development at all. After years of working with G+D, you start going backwards. G+D treats training as an unnecessary cost to the company and expects that you will learn from manuals and bulletins. Very unprofessional attitude. Salary below market level Lack of transparency. G+D UK is definitely far away from a German working standards.
