      They can be flexible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Low pay with the expectation of doing the equivalent of what would be 3 peoples jobs. The CEO is so disorganized, jumping from one thing to the next without finishing a train of thought.

      One on one time with founder, super caring leadership, trusted my abilities and helped hone more skills, women-owned, team is friendly and accepting, everyday had fun projects

      Cons

      Just a far drive and only got one in-home day as a hybrid option

      Pros

      Great flexibility and women-owned; environment is warm and nurturing. My pay also started higher than the range posted on Handshake. I have received some great benefits as a part-time employee!
