The children are the sweetest, nice resources to teach and the team is collaborative....as everyone suffers together.

Absolutely toxic environment for teachers. Everyone is constantly terrified at this place. Some teachers get yelled at for no reason. Some teachers will try to please the management in every way they can but they are also just victims of this toxic cycle they promote because they are also terrified. This is potentially the worst school you can ever work at. It's also very disorganized and communication is always lacking.

For more than three years, I have worked with GMIS, and it has always been a great place to work. The collaborative and supportive atmosphere among the staff has consistently made it a pleasure to be here. The teachers emphasize fostering a love for learning and encourage students to explore their interests deeply. The administration, especially the principal, is approachable and helpful. I am truly proud to be part of such a dedicated and inspiring community, where I have the opportunity to grow professionally every day.

A bit of work pressure but it's good for your professional growth.
