You can work on many things independently and get to learn many things.

No work life balance, a lot of internal politics even though it's a small team HR controls the team in any way they want and they are more interested in keeping their ego high. They will not hesitate in humiliating an employee whenever they want. They do not care about employees and will call you to office whenever they want(for ex. a meeting in afternoon when you're in night shift and you have to compulsorily attend it), and they will not give you any appraisals, and will kick you out if they feel to do so. They will pay you salaries as if they are doing a favor to you by paying you.

If you want to just pass time, then join this company. I don't see any positive thing there.

Nothing to learn in this company. Ego, Jealousy etc among employees. CEO is like a kid. They will offer a salary but they will reduce the salary stating the loss in business. Insecurity is the highlight.
