Or maybe they’re giving their obvious job title to win points with the authoritarian management, treating their employees like toy soldiers. If you keep your head down, do as you’re told, don’t object, be at your desk long hours, be willing to take on more work without staff, work for profit not people, watch these guys break a few laws and watch staff turnover like a revolving door... sold!
