      True Startup - Tech and Culture Smart and innovative product line A lot of opportunities for youngsters Management is heavily investing on younger talent Technically sound management, the CEO even gets down to code and architecture, so cant fool around. Very fast environment

      Cons

      Management is slow to remove bad performers HR is very slow and Salary on 7th Recruit better people, instead of recruiting and firing bad people.

      Fast paced and cutting edge tech. Innovative product line. Growth oriented , only for sharp people. If you are smart, you can grow If you are dumb, you'd be out. Ceo and management mostly is technically sound. Typical startup, zero tolerance to non performers. Have seen non performers being fired. Young guys who have performed have grown up fast.

      Erratic work timings Most people who work there are workaholics.
