      Management is genuinely supportive and easy to work with. Both managers and employees are very kind, approachable, and always willing to help. The culture is collaborative, and it feels like people truly care about each other’s success.

      A number of the product lines are quite mature, and the portfolio could benefit from more innovation and new development to stay competitive and forward-looking.
