Not Worth the Headache - Anonymous employee Gimbal Employee Review

Lack of resources, especially for remote employees. It seems if you are not working at HQ, you are forgotten. Company doesn't value creating good company culture. There are a few employees who are mean spirited towards other coworkers and when management is informed of this issue, nothing is done to try to fix it. They lost a few people due to this. Management doesn't know how to encourage and motivate their employees. They can't seem to manage their finances properly. Checks have been delayed/bounced.
