- poor working environment and tools - no internal training - very poor compensation and benefits for employees - heavy workload and constant understaffing in departments - no career development - a thankless job - no human resources policy - very poor internal management and organization - poor integrity, respect and recognition from managers - no possible dialogue with high management - patriarchal and archaic management - no transparency in management - the promises of managers commit only those who believe in them All this results in an extremely high turnover of around 12-18 months in the technical departments for the position of project manager (chargé d'affaires). For example, some departments of around ten project managers can be renewed up to 80/90% in less than two years... When reading the comments, I recommend to pay attention on the reviewer’s job and location. Indeed, comments must be put in perspective with the position occupied. For example, the working conditions of temporary workers, freelancers and employees outside the HQ (ie not Clichy) are very different from those in the headquarters.
