Pros

Seemed promising at the start. Lured me in with promises of building something great together (HA!)

Cons

Relocated me to San Fran and fired me after two weeks. Boss was extremely controlling and manipulative...think helicopter parent who tries to get two kids to compete against one another. Snobby and unwilling to hear any opinions from lowly sales people. Their goal seems to be to burn through as many sales people as it takes to get their "tech startup off the ground." Doesn't care, will use you and push you out into the street and take in the next poor soul. Tremendously unprofessional. Maybe the biggest thing for me is this company FABRICATES fake people who "work" at the company and bring them up to try to make the company appear larger than it actually is. Also, the company is based out of a residential building, so get used to dealing with parking garage issues and fighting with other tenants who live there. Most of this stuff they can say is just a part of "startup culture" and their precious Y-Combinator. They are simply trying to rip off non-profits. Charging way too much for software they can find elsewhere. Shame on this amateur company.

Pros

Working here has been a great experience overall. The team is supportive, collaborative, and contributes to a very positive workplace culture. It’s a place where you feel valued and encouraged to succeed. The compensation package is fair, and I would definitely recommend this position to a friend, especially for someone familiar with the industry.

Cons

At times, the KPI expectations can be challenging and may feel demanding depending on workload and market conditions. Having prior industry knowledge definitely helps with adapting quickly and meeting performance goals.

Cons

There are not many cons. Remote work is not for everyone, and we get limited face-to-face time with our amazing team. However, leadership does a great job creating opportunities for us to connect with social happy hours, etc. to make up for it!
