Pros
- Small company that has continuously and consistently grown since my start over two years ago. - Ample opportunities for professional growth. - Introductory training provides you with tools to be successful in your role. - Management that's responsive to employee feedback and tries to grow the company through positive change. - Fully remote. - Casual culture. - Diverse team located across the United States. - Diverse clientele located across the United States & Canada. - Frequent raises/promotions. - Paid time-off accrual, sick time-off accrual, insurance benefits. - Ample time-off opportunities offered by company outside of paid time-off (i.e. 'Winter Wellness Breaks', 'Birthday Time-Off', certain national holidays). - Bi-annual bonus structure.
Cons
- Since company continues to grow (which is great!), growing pains are inevitable. - Little face-to-face interaction among colleagues (shame because the team is great!). - No opportunities for overtime. - Sick time-off accrual rate locked regardless of employee position (not as robust as paid time-off accrual). - Frequently work off the clock. - No employer contribution benefits offered.
