We are sorry to learn that your experience did not meet the expectations we strive to set for our team environment. Regarding the campaign you mentioned, our intention was to encourage authentic feedback from our employees; we never aimed to solicit positive reviews. The ask from employees was to provide honest feedback that will not be traced back to the employee in any way. We acknowledge your concerns and will revisit our approach to such initiatives to make sure this sentiment is not felt by others as well.
We are also troubled to hear about the feelings of disconnection expressed by our global team members. It is our priority to ensure that every employee, no matter their location, feels valued and integral to our operations. We are actively enhancing our communication and management practices to close any gaps.
Additionally, regarding the working hours, promoting an "all hours" work culture was never our goal. We are committed to maintaining a healthy work-life balance and will review our training materials and communications to prevent any future misunderstandings.
