Interesting product to work on

Pros

One of the best parts about working here is the remote flexibility. A lot freedom to manage your schedule and location, which really suits my lifestyle. The team is collaborative, fast-paced, and surprisingly open to feedback. They really listen when you speak up and you can see actions being taken to address given feedback.

Cons

Being fully remote has its usual hiccups (communication can lag), but the bigger challenge is how priorities and scopes shift quickly. It’s tough to stay focused on projects that need deep attention when things pivot fast. Also, the need to multitask and work in multiple projects simultaneously can be overwhelming at times.
