      Pros

      Depends on the client you are working for. If you’re with a stable client, work life balance is good. Typically not 50-60 hour weeks. More in the range of 40-45 hours if you’re efficient with your time. Compensation is towards what the market is offering. Benefits are good. PTO is competitive for consulting, and encouraged to be used.

      Cons

      There is not as much visibility into career growth opportunities currently. Leadership is working to turn that around.

      Pros

      Promotion opportunities so long as you work hard. Regular performance meetings. Everyone gets along - no toxic environment. Management are approachable and professional. Great APC support.

      Cons

      Sometimes felt the work we took on for some projects was too much for the fees we were getting. No bonuses
