      Pros

      A nice library, The staff is friendly and creative. Library has a good relationship with the library board and community. Admin is respectful to the staff.

      Cons

      Circulation staff not respected as professionals on par with staff from other departments. Circulation not really viewed as integral to the library as other departments are. Pay not commensurate with increased degree of duties. Micromanaging with in the department causing stress.

      Pros

      Most people are great to work with.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t want people that think independently. They want people who won’t question them and will follow exact instructions only. If you work there and they ask for feedback, don’t bother. Agree with them, always, and you will be fine.
