      Pros

      There are no positive aspects

      Cons

      You work in a basement. They spy on you and log your time-in. Don't be 2 minutes late too often or you'll get fired. No problems in having you work late with no overtime pay though. Short half-hour lunchtime that is too short to enjoy and properly digest your meal, so you end up spending lunch in-office eating take-out with staff that you want to escape from. You're on your own, with little or no assistance. All employees get outdated computers, and are expected to 'fend for themselves' in regard to getting the software needed to do their jobs. This place will chew you up and spit you out.

      Pros

      Great place to learn a large amount about many different modern technologies. Very transparent and helpful regarding moving up in the company.

      Cons

      There are not many cons to working here, only cons would be like at any other place!

      Pros

      Excellent Company to work for. Ideal for learning and growing in the ever-changing IT field. You will experience a vast variety of environments and technical issues which results in constantly learning new skills, the latest in Technology and how to apply this acquired knowledge everyday. The IT team has great camaraderie and each tech has their own expertise and experience which helps bolster the entire team as the combined knowledge is invaluable and shared with all.

      Cons

      Like most IT related jobs, it is a fast-paced, ever-changing field. This job is not for those who are unmotivated and unwilling to grow, constantly learn, and adapt to the newest Technology and changing environments.
