This is the first job I’ve had where I feel like it’s ok to be a human and also have a job. We work hard, have an emphasis on growth and hope to make a difference for someone’s life along the way.
Cons
We have done a lot of growth. We are working on keeping up with that growth with collaboration of the team and updating processes to work smarter not harder.
