Pros

If I could give this company minus 5 stars I would.

Cons

This company is shocking and embarrassing. The two people who own it are proud of a mediocre product, made in the most underhand way. Fake LinkedIn profiles, fake emails, using bad data lists, cold calling dead switchboards, You will regularly hear people saying "s/he's not in today, can I take a message?" about a made up person who has never worked for the company. The whole thing is completely unethical for B2B and that's before we get to the treatment of the staff. Staff are set unrealistic targets and performance managed with regards to money alone. Awful training and zero support are all the company has to offer. If you don't hit their unrealistic targets you are forced out as quickly as you came in. Fake smiles, ringing bells and early morning conversations about what people did at the weekend are as far as praise goes; employees are not allowed to talk or the owners ask the managers into the corridor to tell them to have a word for "excessive chatter" Then they stand up in meetings and talk about their great culture... What culture? Nobody has a good thing to say about the company. Lunchtimes are trauma bonding sessions where people go to get the awful day to day off their chest. For a company of about 30 people there's about 4 people a month arriving and 4 people leaving - it is a circus. No flexibility. No hybrid. No bonus. Low commission. No sick pay. Basic holiday (but no holiday at all at certain times). No space (there is one meeting room you have to book out otherwise it's meetings in the corridor or stairwell). No investment in software - spreadsheets and excel only. The owners are fake, rude and do not care about their staff. Salaries are as low as possible for the industry and there are no benefits. Do not take a job at this company it will severely affect your mental health. If you are still working at the company then please leave. There are better places to work.

Pros

The only saving grace? the people who work there but they deserve so much better. Avoid this toxic place unless you enjoy being micromanaged in a company stuck 30 years in the past

Cons

Where to even begin.. i wish there was an option to give zero stars. From the start, the environment was extremely toxic. Management is patronising, unwilling to adapt from outdated methods, and gives employees no freedom to grow. Instead of addressing real concerns, they resort to begging employees not to write bad reviews, spoiler: that was never going to happen, and encouraged me even more to write this ha! Maybe if they put that effort into actually improving, they wouldn’t have to worry about their reputation. To make matters worse, they flood Glassdoor with fake positive reviews to cover up the real ones. Along with their fake LinkedIn profiles and email addresses, which are used to spam their data lists. Oh, they will use your name and email even when you've left the business. The interview process itself is a red flag; sadly, I didn't listen to my gut, be prepared to get quizzed by the director on pathetic questions that have no relevance to the job. Let’s not forget the questionable duo running the show..more focused on control than creating a healthy work environment. They're obsessed with giving males from high-class schools all the importance while looking down on skilled females. To make it worse, if you are a female, friendships in the office are not allowed, nor is talking in the office, as if a supportive work environment is a threat to them or just females in general... Avoid at all costs, unless you enjoy being micromanaged.
